Staff attendance is now on Pro Team
QR-based clock-in/out with an optional geofence — previously Pro Max only — is now included on Pro Team. Open a Station display on a front-desk tablet, staff scan it from their own phone to clock in and out, and every shift shows up on the Attendance page.

Trackable booking links
Generate a separate booking link for Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more. Customers who book through one are automatically sorted into that channel in your Source Breakdown, so you can see which channel actually brings people in. Each link also gets its own QR code.

Family and Staff’s own client sources
When adding a customer you can now tag them as Family or as a staff member’s own client, alongside Walk-in and Referral. Useful when a stylist brings their existing clientele with them — that’s a different acquisition story from word of mouth.

New customer numbers now mean first visit, not first record
The Performance dashboard used to count a customer as "new" in the month their record was created. That drifted from reality — someone booking online three weeks ahead, or a no-show who never paid, still counted. Now a customer counts as new in the month of their first completed sale, and New Customers, Source Breakdown and Referral Rate all agree with each other.

Hover any appointment badge to see what it means
The small icons on an appointment card — globe, dice, room, note, group, done, hidden — now explain themselves on hover instead of relying on you remembering.

Warning before charging the same booking twice
If an appointment already has a completed sale against it, checkout now stops and asks before taking payment again. Voided sales don’t trigger it, so the normal "void and redo" fix still works untouched.

Limit which services each staff member can do
A nail tech and a beautician shouldn’t be interchangeable. Tick who can do a service (from either the service or the staff member) and only they can be booked for it — online booking hides everyone else, and the calendar warns you. Leave everything unticked and nothing changes.

Treatment rooms
If a service needs a room, online booking now stops taking bookings once every room is occupied — even when a stylist is still free. Rooms are assigned automatically, and the calendar shows which room each appointment is using.

Dragging an appointment warns about room and staff clashes
Moving or resizing an appointment on the calendar now checks the destination first. If the room is already taken, or that stylist isn’t set up for the service, you get a confirmation before anything is saved.

Xero accounting integration
Connect your own Xero organisation and push a period’s sales summary across as a manual journal, so your bookkeeper isn’t re-keying totals by hand. Account mapping is suggested automatically on first connection. Available on Pro Team and above.

SMS auto top-up fixes
Auto top-up could charge the card without granting the credits, and credit packs were priced in the wrong currency for some accounts. Both are fixed, and packs are now priced consistently in USD.
